What will you do as a Shift Leader?
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of our sports bars
- Support and oversee the performance of our hourly staff
- Ensure smooth operations and provide an exceptional experience for our sports fans
- Utilize your communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Adapt to changes and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, delegation, and time-management skills
- Strong negotiation and mediation abilities
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- 2+ years of restaurant experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- General knowledge of a full-service restaurant
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

- Responsible alcohol service training
- Hourly position overview training
- Shift Leader Basics training
