Job Description
Expo:
- Correctly set up, maintains, and closes the Expo window
- Monitors equipment in Expo area
- Compare tickets to products to ensure special requests have been filled
- Bag all takeout orders according to standard, including proper bagging techniques, use of takeout checklist, and proper pachaging
- Monitor ticket times, product holding times, and make corrections to ensure food quality and assurance
- Tray orders according to pivot point ordering
