The General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings GO (BWW GO) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage a team, drive sales, and uphold the company’s values and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize cost-efficiency.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to provide a high level of service and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and support to team members.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring profitability and financial performance targets are met.
- Analyze financial reports, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and enhance customer engagement.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that the restaurant maintains a welcoming atmosphere.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Engage with the community to enhance the restaurant’s reputation and customer base.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding food safety and employee health.
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or a relevant leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
