Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Implement company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize cost-efficiency.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and develop staff to provide a high level of service and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and support to team members.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration.

Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring profitability and financial performance targets are met.
• Analyze financial reports, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and enhance customer engagement.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that the restaurant maintains a welcoming atmosphere.
• Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Engage with the community to enhance the restaurant’s reputation and customer base.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding food safety and employee health.
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or a relevant leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
