Eligibility & Payment

Referrals must be submitted through Workday prior to candidate applying. Team Member must be employed at the time of payment. Managers are ineligible for Team Member and Shift Manager referrals hired within their restaurants. Multi-Unit Leaders are not eligible for Manager or Team Member referrals within their supervisory org. Paid in full on first pay period after new hire starts and completes orientation. Current and former Team Members are not eligible to be referred. All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.
